Home mortgage - should I refinance?

So I have a 30year home loan at 5.5% interest. I owe close to 100k on the loan. With the rates going low I would like to know how to figure out if I should refinance? What I am looking for is some sort of calculations that will help me figure out how much I will save if I refinance.
