mortgage company...will everything stay the same? Citimortgage sold my mortgage to another mortgage company that I never heard of. I cannot even call this new mortgage company until 7 days after the first of the month because they wont have my information on file until then. Will the new mortgage company change the terms of my current loan? Im worried too, because I just had a loan modification this year and my payments went down significantly. Im worried the new company wont have to agree to those terms somehow. Has anyone had any experience with this?
