Default A mortgage company illegally files a Quick Claim deed...
...for my property. Must they pay me market price? I bought a foreclosure in 2005. In 2008 the mortgage company I bought from, filed a Quick Claim Deed on my property transferring ownership to their subsidiary. Are they obligated to pay me a realistic asking price for the property?

They are only obligated to correct the mistake.P.S. its "Quit" Claim Deed...
