How do I calculate APR for my mortgage if it includes

Initial fees? I am borrowing around $35,000 for a period of 6 years with a rate of interest of 3.2%. I managed to get the APR of 3.2%. How shall I calculate the APR if it includes initial bank charges like a processing fee and legal fee of $355 which I have to pay at the start of the loan?
