What are my chance of getting a mortgage...

...(Ireland)? I am in full time employment earning €19,000 a yearIm looking for €110,000 to renovate an old cottage. I tried an online mortgage calculator and for a 2 year fixed 35 year mortgage, my repayments would only be €30 more than what I am currently paying on rent.Will my low income stand against me or could I have a chance of approval?
