Hello fellow borrowers,
I was recently laid off from a real estate law firm which were adept at processing and obtaining loan modifications, I would like to help everyone on this forum by answering their questions whilst they are in the modification process. Please post your questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability, I have been doing this since MHA came out and feel as though many of you need tips in the right direction. I can answer questions such as: Why is my trial payment higher than my normal payment? What if my sale date does not get postponed? Should I list this property as a rental or as a primary? (primaries get better mods since they qualify for mha's usually 2% and up fixed rate) They denied my loan modification due to negative income, what does that mean? Why has this been going on for more than a year? Should I even pay my second mortgage? How much income should I list and for what? I will be devoting my time to these and other loan modification forums to help out homeowners who need it most.
