Default Can I get low APR FHA mortgage if my score is 605?

I am looking for $530K mortgage to build brand new home in Maryland. I already decided with the builder what I really want, but their financing officer is asking for at least 620 score to get qualified for FHA loan. I am mother of 2 and my husband is self-employed and currently does not show steady income. He makes money, but he is doing profit sharing whenever we need money. He’s been focusing on expanding the business. It will be loan under my name only. I make about $90K per year and I have been working at my current job for the past 10 years. We currently rent and we pay $2000 per month for rent. I understand that my payments for a new home will increase by $1500 (with $20K down payment) and with tax break, I will be paying about $800 more compare to what I am paying right now for rent. I feel 100% confident buying a home. I AM FAR AWAY from any financial difficulties. I recently bought a brand new luxury car and my score went down to 605. I pay $620 per month for the car. I also had 5 credit cards with balance over 80%, just did not care much about it. I am current on all of my payments. I just paid all of the cards off today. This lender says that I will need to do rapid score update and he can help me with that etc... I am not comfortable with this particular lender.... What options do I have? Please leave me your name and number if you think you can help me. Please note that I am not asking for anybody's stupid opinions about my finances. I am asking if I can qualify for a loan or what do I need to do in order to qualify. If so, who can offer me a loan solution.
