How do i get my name off a mortgage loan, like completely OFF..i was a co signer with my older brother. He need a place to stay and with no help , he begged me to co sign for him and he agree to pay everything on his own..but finding out, he NEVER pay to it once and i never live there but my brother stayed for a couple of months in the past, is there a way to get my name completely off to this house?? the house is NOW empty because he had move back with his gf and the house bills keep coming. how do i stop the payment and from ruining my credits that i am never include in this house beside being a co signer?
