Default Mortgage Payments... Estimate monthly payments?

Is there any way I can estimate the monthly payments on a mortgage if I borrow... say, $200,000 on a 15 year mortgage for example? Or a 30 year mortgage? For the purpose of doing some feasibility calculations from ads.

Default

I know there are calculators for this kind of thing, but I just wanted to pass on a bit of information that my statistics teacher told me:If you pay $100 more than the minimum payment every month, you will not only pay off your loan years earlier than expected, but you will end up paying about 2/3 the price as you would have paid with only the minimum payment.
