you don't pay the mortgage on your second house on time? My husband and I live in a house we bought together. However, I rent out a house under my name only and my renters called me that they can not pay the rent until after 30 days! I called my bank and they said it was ok. How many points will I lose on my credit score for one month behind? I really like them and they always pay me so eviction is not an option plus I wont have time to find someone else by the end of this month.(Sorry, I know this may not be the right section but many who got divorced may have had this happen to them.)
