your mortgage has been charge off and still keep your house?

charged Off doesnt mean you get the NOTE to the house what you should do is what ever collection agency that buys that specific acct you should settle the debt for ยข on the dollar and once its settled they will send you the NOTE and you will own the house out right that would be a smart way to go about it!
