My credit report says Credit Grantor reclaimed

collateral to settle defaulted mortgage. Do I still Owe $? Will this just go away after a certain amount of time. When you foreclose like this do you still have to pay them money or did they tak it as a loss? I'm not getting any phone calls from them...
