...house? 30 year loan at probably 6.5 percent. the yearly taxes on the house are 1700. You know all those extra little fees? I don't know what they are. Except for insurence and such. How much do you think our real monthly payment would be and would a Good Faith Estimate tell us all of these things?we are eligable for FHA and we do have the 3.5 percent required for down payment. the max the bank said was 80000, and we don't have any credit cards or debt what so ever except my car payment which 155 a month.
