My brother is offering to provide a mortgage on my house. Leaving aside the consideration of whether you should do something like this with a relative, I have two questions:- Is there anyway to do this and preserve the mortgage tax benefit I receive?- I remember reading about a company that helped you formalize loans between two parties, but I can't remember the name - anyone happen to know?Thanks in advance!
