Mortgage co-borrower Quit Claim deed?

I have a mortgage with me being the borrower and there is also a co-borrower on the loan. the co-borrower is my daughter and she does not live with me anymore. I am trying to take her off the loan. what is the procedure for that ? would quit claim deed be the only form i need?Thanks for all your help
