Still trying to figure out why we bailed them out in the first place. They're STILL not writing up any new loans!

If that happens, the citizenry will take matters in their own hands. And they won't just go after Wall Street. They'll target DC, state governments, and state run facilities (libraries, schools, etc). That's what happens when you push people beyond their breaking point.

I think the lack of respect for the citizens and their overt display of greed and self gratification should be enough to cause a furor if they ask for more cash. I was against it the first time, I would like to see the big banks fold and the country start from scratch again. They believe that they are royalty or something and I think they are just scum. They knew they were gambling with all the liars loans and purposely mixed them with other investments to make them untraceable. Let them fail and give the smaller banks throughout the country the TARP money. Community banks are much more in touch with the working man. I'm sure they would have made an attempt to keep the families in the homes unlike the huge banks still investing in higher profit but higher risk derivatives. In case you don't know what a derivative is.A Derivative includes: -a. a security derived from a debt instrument, share, loan, whether secured or unsecured, risk instrument or contract for differences or any other form of security; b. a contract which derives its value from the prices, or index of prices, of underlying securities; I really don't think anyone knows exactly how this works.
