...money invested and was told that i would get that money bac? so my question is: how can i get my money back, if the house is sold and not purchased by me? can i make them pay me back the debt as we agreed it would be paid when the house was ever sold.? i have a promisary note and am thinking of getting an attorney so i can force a lien as they don't want to pay anything and are just letting the house go with their debts? how can one file chapter 7 and one 13 with the house??? how can they file seprately with the same debts?? help in new jersey
