Default I am on the deed but not the mortgage to my...

...house? My husband makes quite a bit more money than I do, probably five times more money than I do. We both contribute to the household but obviously, he pays the majority of the bills since he makes so much more. He tells me on a daily basis that this is HIS house, HIS electric, HIS cable, etc., etc., etc and that I am his tenant and I am "renting a room in HIS HOUSE". I work at home and basically am confined to one room in the house. If and when we do get divorced, because I have paid such a smaller degree than he did towards everything (we have separate bank accounts and I write him a check every month), am I entitled to ANYTHING when we do get divorced? Again, I'm on the deed of the house, not the mortgage. This is in New Jersey.
