Default Can a son or a daughter be a co-signer...

...for a mortgage on a house? Im selling a house just wanted to know if the buyer can have his son or daughter be a co-signer on a mortgage note in the state of Michigan.

If the son or daughter is of age, why wouldn't they be able to?
