[Happy times]

...sent my personal and bank details to another customer? This morning i got a phone call from a lady who said she'd just received through the post all my personal details including my bank account details from First active (Mortgage company) She had applied for a mortgage with them also. Luckily she was/is a nice lady and she called my number to let me know and to see if i had her details.She had also previously called first active and told them.I called First active and they put me through to complaints and a young man took the details and said someone would call me back about it but that was this morning and no one has.(it is now 6pm) I am furious that they have made such an almighty cock up and they weren't even going to call and tell me. If that lady hadn't of called then i wouldn't of known. I am also angry that they haven't called me back today like they said...like its not important. Where do i stand legally? Surely they cannot make these kinds of mistakes and get away with it. What if that lady wasn't so nice? She could of taken all my money out of my account..in fact she still can as she has all the details!!Any advice and what you would do will be gratefully appreciated.ThanksIt is now 12 pm next day and still no phone call from mortgage company! They really don't care about what they have done.
