hard time finding a new job? I am looking for a new job. I used to be a loan officer at a large bank, but quit over a year ago because I got burned out and the company moved to a city that I wasn't willing to drive to. Since then, I took a position as a telemarketer, but I am not happy with this job.I have always kept my resume updated and am always searching for a new position, but I haven't recieved any responses from reputable, solid companies. I feel that having been a loan officer for 6 years has black-listed me because of all the things going on with the mortgage industry. I have always done the right thing as a loan officer, which sometimes meant me losing a deal, but I still think that this is hurting me from getting my foot in the door. Is there anyone else who was/in the mortgage industry who is trying to find another position and feels that their past mortgage job is hurting them?
