if you have some bad marks on your credit is...
...the mortgage company the way to go rather than a bank? my wife has exelllent credit -- ((i dont)). we need a 150,000 mortgage we have 20,000 in bank to put down. also have 94,000 owed to us on 5 yr land contract. i had a deal go bad i have paid it off now but 3 months late in a row. thanks,
