Credit Score - Why is it that the mortgage...

...loan application company is stating my score is lower? I recently applied for a home loan and the mortgage company stated it is 614 (equifax) but when i pulled my own score on Equifax it was 682. The mortgage company ran it again, but come up with the same thing.
