now. Im always one month behind. I tried to do a loan mod.? But after 6 weeks their response was they couldn't do anything to help me and my family. Ive been assigned to a certain person at this office , but we can not get along at all. It doesn't help she screams at me and I cant understand anything she says so there is no hope talking to her. So I have a gentleman there that is very helpful, he helped me through the hardship process, which again after all that paperwork I had to get together, they said "We cant help you". They have never taken partial payments from me, But at this point I feel that would be the only way I could catch up, by making my regular payments and smaller payments through the month, to help bring myself current. Once I can get caught up I'll be fine. Having a baby and getting laid off all in one year was very hard. And the added stress of being behind all the time is not good.... Any suggestions would be very appreciated.. I need some ideas or advice. I cant sell or refin so that's out of the question at this point
