Default Can I rent out my condo that I have a

mortgage on? I live in Connecticut. I have a condo that I wish to rent out because I am going to live with my boyfriend. I was going to try to sell it, but since the market is bad right now I decided it might do me some good to wait at least a year. Will I be in trouble with my mortgage lender for renting the condo out? I already asked the association and they are fine with it. I also looked through all of my mortgage documents and there was a sheet that asked if I was using the condo as my primary residence, and I signed off that I was, which was true at the time. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
