how can i break my mortgage contract?
I co-signed with my sister to buy a double wide trailer and now I want out. How? (you may e-mail me at paris_below@yahoo.com for more information on the specific mortgage company and such)

You can't. The only way will be to refinance it and have you taken off of it. You can try a quit claim deed which will release you from the property, but the mortgage responsibility will still be there unless you refinance.
