Default Can you get a 30 yr mortgage for a house under
$100K? *Good credit, just looking to purchase first home - small (single, no kids)

Not likely. $100K over 30 years is $3333/year, which is less than $300/mo. Even with interest, it's not likely any bank will be willing to carry you for 30 years if they're only getting $300/month. But you never know...
