Default Mortgage valuation....?

Hello there,I have offered £110,000 for a house and asked for a mortage of £94,500 the valuation has now been done on the property and Alliance & Leicester have valued the house at £107,000.Of course this is still more than £10,000 than what im asking to borrow but I dont have any more money to put down as a deposit. What happens next?Do you think that A&L will still offer the £94,500 im asking for?And would you know what they ment by a renention? Thanks all:-)
