How do i force the mortgage company to release me and...
...remove my name to a house I lost in a divorce? I just went through a divorce in which I lost my home to the ex-wife.I want my name off the mortgage since I no longer live there. What steps can I take to get it removed. My ex and I filed our own uncontested divorce. We are now finding out she can't qualify on her own. Can I make her sell home since I am no longer on the deed but am on mortgage?
