Default Due to a bank error, my mortgage is paid in full. Can...

...I wait until they discover this before I pay a dime? I just took out a home loan with Wells Fargo for about $175K. It looks like, through an error, that the balance was paid in full even before I've made my first mortgage payment. I see the subtracted amount. Then I see a mysterious "loan transfer" transaction for the exact amount. When calling, the automated voice told me my balance is zero as well. Can I get anything out of this? Can I wait until they discover this error before paying?I'm asking this from a legal perspective, not a moral one.

No don't say anything. It's their mistake, their fault!
