Default Where can i put domestic partner's income on

mortgage modification income summary? I purchased a home 2 years ago by myself. I have been struggling to make payments due to a loss of job. I am currently filling out an application for Obama's Mortgage Modification. My domestic partner has been helping me out every month with 2500. Where can I put this income on the income statement? Can I add them as a coborrower or do they need to be formally added to mortgage? Should I add them under other income, and if I do what type of proof or documentation would I need to do this. Please help me!
