Default Lenders in CA offering stated income mortgages?

My wife and I are looking to buy a house in Southern California, but she is a small business owner and won't have evidence of 2 years of profitability until we file taxes in 2011. We can't qualify for enough mortgage on my income alone, though my income will account for 80% of our total even when we do have 2 years to show. We are looking for a way to get a loan next year, and I think stated income might be the only way. Does anybody know of lenders offering "liar" loans in California still?Just some clarification: If we wait until 2011, we will try to get a FHA loan (this is our first purchase), but they do require 2 years of tax returns for self-employed income, which would be 20% of our total income. Our credit is excellent (around 800), and we'll be able to put down 10% in 2010... if we can find a lender who would be satisfied with only 1 year of tax returns for my wife's income.
