Default I am a cosigner to an auto loan, will it

effect my getting a mortgage loan? I'm trying to get a mortage loan for the amount of $138,000. My FICO credit score is 762. I make $40,000 a year. I always pay off all the balance of my credit card. The only problem is I am a cosigner to a car loan of $19,000 and a cosigner for a credit card with a balance of $2000. All payments have been payed on time. Will the fact that I am a cosigner to these effect make chances of getting the loan amount needed?
