Default When do you think 30 year mortgage interest...

...rates will go back above 5.5%? 6%?

They wont. By 2015, America will be a third world country. You have to look at where American busnisses are investing. Thats a sighn right there. They are investing in Bahrain, Dubai, the middle east and basically as far away from us as they can. Why? Because, They know what has been kept from us in order to contain the chaos. They pay alot of money to know and so you follow their investments. Sad to say but the recession is getting worse no matter what you hear. If you pay above 6%, youll never build equaty. Intrist rates are at 5% in may places. So, shop around. The bottom line is, save, save, save and wait. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.
