to quality for a SONYMA mortgage? My boyfriend and I are buying a house together. I am interested in a SONYMA mortgage, but if we add both of our incomes together we exceed the income limit. If we just use one of our incomes, however, we fall within the income requirements for it. We are not married but plan to be in a year or two.
