My mortgage company broke predatory laws, among...

...others, when doing my remod loan. What recourse do I have now? I had a loan audit done.....that's how I found out. In order for me to get a re-modification, my mortgage company has asked me to sign something promising that I will not seek legal action against them for their breaking these laws.
