Default Can any one help with info on stopping
foreclosure???! HELP!!!? my Brother and my two small nephews are getting evicted from their house because of foreclosure...because of late payments...and my brother is 6 mos behind...he had a bad motercycle accident and is no longer able to work and is on permanent dissability...the reason he is late is because it took the dissability people months to give him his claim...he has a lawyer trying to sort things out...i want to help him find out if he has any other options to stop the foreclosure...any info will be greatly appreciated...

Go immediately to the mortgage lender and inform them that your brother had a claim for his accident claim.and that he is on disability benefits.
