Can i get a mortgage without income
verification? I got some money i like to invest in a home for my self. Right now I'm in school and my credit is good 680 fico, my husband has a really good job over 100k annual income.The problem is he doesn't have good credit, in the past if you put over 10 % down payment you don't need to verify income. Any suggestions ? The house is 240,000 down payment of 40 k.

I do not think it is possible to get a mortgage without income... Bank is going to wonder and how are YOU going to pay me back! However why not buy investment property first and get rental income then go back and base ur income on that..
