Mortgage help??????????????????????

I'm preapproved for an $80000 mortgage. The houses I'm looking at are like $60000. I need to take out a loan to pay off my school loans because I can not swing both payments. What should I do? I mean, we need appliances or repairs possibly along with my student loans, and I don't know what to do?
