with a mortgage company, and cannot settle the problem with t? I have tried contacting HUD, but is still waiting on a return call.I am paying my mortgage on time and before time. I was paying extra to reduce the amount of escrow due at the end of the year. HSBC took one whole payment , plusexta and applied all of it to escrow. I have been battling this problem since January. Each time I get a foreigner on the phone, who in turns assures me that the problem would be resolved, howeverf this has not been the case. I not only pay my mortgage on time, but all of my bills.
