Mortgage co-signer guidelines? Please help!?
My credit score is around 550-580, I make $65-75k a year and have been at my job for almost 4 years. My only payment is a $150 cell phone bill (truck is paid off.) My dad is willing to co-sign a mortgage for me his score is around 800+ and makes in the $100-120k range. Can we get approved? If so, what bank or credit union? I live in michigan.
