Default Perfect credit history, but different credit...

...scores. Should we co-sign mortgage? My husband and I each have spotless credit. He unfortunately, has never had a credit card and we are 24 years old, so our credit history is a bit new. My credit is about 722, and his is about 690. Since our HISTORIES are both excellent, would we get a better deal on a mortgage if we went in together, or would it be better to put it in MY name only since my credit is higher?

It depends on the mortgage company, but you just do get in over the line (720 is the limit now) so your husband may affect it a bit, but you may need his income to qualify anyway. The rate should not be a big difference. Your mortgage person will advise you.
