Has anyone used the "Give Yourself Credit!" Program

for obtaining a mortgage loan in Dakota County, MN? I'm looking into this program. It's a long shot that anyone who knows about it will even see this question! But, if you do know, I appreciate an information you can give me. Did it help you qualify for a mortgage?
