I'm a student with enough for a down-payment on the condo I'd like to buy but no full-time permanent job. Is there any chance of getting a mortgage?There's this great place I'd love to get but that's unlikely if I need to get a full-time job first. I did all the calculations (taxes, condo fees, school tax, annual maintenance, utilities etc...) and the revenu from the other two rooms I would rent would offset the monthly mortgage payments. I'd love to buy it now. Would the bank give me a chance?
