Can I get a mortgage being self employed? Will

they take in to consideration child tax benefit payments? I am self employed as a daycare provider, currently renting a house, but I would really like to buy a house, but I have only my daycare income, plus child tax benefits. I do have enough money for mortgage payments....any suggestions?
