Where do I need to go to refinance my...
...home mortgage? My current mortgage is through Wells Fargo. We have a local office in the town I live in but would I get lower interest rates by going to a bank and letting them sell my mortgage if they want or if I went directly to them?

I would call the 800 number for wells fasgo and have them lower your rate and tell them that you do not want to pay any paperwork fees and that you are having financial problems but you know that lowering your rate will lower you monthly payment and that will help you. I did that with washington mutual.
