First steps to getting a mortgage?
We are looking into getting a mortgage. What are the best ways to go about this? I'm very lost at the moment. I just called the lady from our bank and I'm hoping to have a meeting with her in the next couple weeks. What do I need to bring? Say? HELP!We don't have much debt. But at the same time we have some.We rent for $450 a month. Plus electric so there is no reason why we can't afford a house.

Here are steps to getting a mortgage.
One of the first steps is deciding what kind of loan program is best for you. Then Pick a rate and find a mortgage lender and submitting your application for a mortgage.. Then seek pre-approved loan. Process your application. If everything is prepared your loan will be submitted for final approval and lastly settlement or when you loan is funded.. Hope this helps. but i say you find a mortgage adviser first. The adviser will aid you throughout the steps in getting a mortgage.. |
