change? My husband and I are trying buy a house this year. We met this mortgage broker in beginning of March. He told us how the process was going but recently nothing at all. We emailed, we called, nothing. I do not know if it is an indication of him wants to drop us. Or he might be just busy. It is very frustrating not get any information. I even started feeling we may be a victim of ID theft.We want to have another broker but I am afraid if they will tell us to pay later "broker fee" which our broker told us we do not have to pay anything, but seller will pay. I do not know what to do, Does anybody have good advice!!??Thank you everyone for giving me such a good advice! Both my husband I have good credit score (way above 620), and decent pay-job, enough down-payment, small debts.Last time we talked to our broker was about 2 weeks ago. He told us it is neither approved or denied. From my impresion of him, he would not hesitate to tell us our application is denied.His business should be still up.
