Default Has Obama's Mortgage Relief Plan Took affect with...
...Banks? I think it was on the 19th of last month I heard that Obama had a plan set to help home owners refinance. A few details were like 31% of your house vs your income or whatever. So has this plan took affect at the banks? If so does anyone know the Banks that have started this plan or if not has anyone heard when it will likely take affect...Thanks
