My credit report says i have a mortgage loan?

Okay I just turned 18 not to long ago soo I was applying for some things and could not understand why I was rejected each time and for some reason they said I have a mortgage loan from when i was 15 Which is impossible it said 2005 which it is 2009 now.So how do I fix this!?
